From A Single Property to 700 Apartments

Many investment firms are built around raising capital first.

Prestige was built differently — through decades of hands-on real estate ownership, operations, renovations, and management.

At eighteen, founder Mitch Painter purchased his first investment properties with little money, no outside capital, and no playbook. For the first several years, he handled repairs, renovations, leasing, and property management himself, learning the business from the ground up.

What started with a handful of rental properties has grown into more than 1,500 real estate transactions, hundreds of renovations, and a portfolio of approximately 700 apartments.

Today, Prestige combines the systems and discipline of a larger real estate platform with the mindset of an owner/operator. We remain focused on long-term relationships, thoughtful execution, and creating value through better operations.
