A retired Chief Credit Officer at First Financial Bank, Richard played a key role in expanding the bank from $1 billion to $8 billion in assets. With over 30 years of executive experience, he has a proven track record of establishing and leading high-impact business operations. Richard's passion lies in helping businesses accelerate their growth by tackling complex challenges with a forward-thinking and goal-oriented approach.
Greg brings thoughtful vision and a hands-on management style to each project he leads. Developed over 8,000 multi-family units and managed all aspects of site acquisition, development, financing, and disposition. Has created a culture that promotes creativity and gives everyone the opportunity to grow. Cincinnati native with a BA from Northwestern University. Worked as a chemist in the medical school at the University of Cincinnati before beginning a career in real estate.
